What Testimonial Generator actually does
No blank page for your customer, and no going live without your say-so.
Add your offering
Name a product, service, event, speaker, or your business as a whole and paste its URL. We pull background from that page so testimonials describe what it actually is, not generic praise.
One link, always live
Share it in a text, an email, a follow-up sequence, a QR code at your table. It never expires, and anyone can use it, any time.
A few taps, no typing
Your customer taps through quick multiple-choice questions, five by default and as few as three if you want it shorter. Nothing to type, nothing to stare at a blank box for.
AI writes the draft
Their answers, plus real context about what you offer, become one polished testimonial, not five shades of generic enthusiasm.
They can edit it, then send
Your customer sees exactly what they're sending before it goes anywhere, and can tweak the wording themselves if they want.
You review before it's public
Every submission lands in your queue as New. Edit it, approve it, or archive it. Nothing goes live without you.
Then put them to work on your website
Collecting testimonials is half of it. Showing them where people decide is the other half.
What clients say
- One snippet, any site. Paste it into GoHighLevel, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and most other builders.
- Always up to date. Add, reorder or remove a testimonial and your site follows on its own.
- Up to three embeds, each showing up to five testimonials, so every page can tell its own story.
- Your call, every time. Only testimonials you've approved and made public ever appear.
Built for more than one kind of offer
Products, services, events, speakers, or your business as a whole. Each offering gets its own link and its own questions, worded for what it actually is.
Products
A course, a physical product, a piece of software. Questions focused on the value it delivered.
Services
Coaching, consulting, a done-for-you engagement. Questions about the progress made and the guidance received.
Events
A workshop, a live training, a summit. Questions about the takeaways and how well it was run.
Event speakers
Booked to speak at someone else's event? Questions about your delivery and the impact of what you shared.
Business
An overall endorsement of you or your company. Questions about working with you, not one specific offer.
Three steps, start to finish
No setup, no integrations to configure. Add an offering and you already have a link to send.
Add your offering
Name it, paste the URL, pick Product, Service, Event, Event Speaker, or Business. Takes under a minute.
Send the link
Text it, email it, drop it in a follow-up sequence. It works the same every time, for as many customers as you want.
Review & approve
New testimonials land in your queue. Edit if you want, then approve when you're ready to use it.

Common questions
What is an offering?
A single product, service, event, event speaker, or business you want testimonials for. Add as many offerings as you want, each with its own name, URL, and share link.
Does the customer have to write anything?
No. They tap through a few quick questions (five by default, or three or four if you choose), and can edit the AI-drafted testimonial afterward if they want to change anything, but nothing requires them to type from scratch.
Can I ask my customers fewer questions?
Yes. Each offering asks five questions by default. You can switch any offering to four or three from its page. Fewer questions are quicker for your customer but give the AI less to work from, so five gives the richest testimonials. You can change it any time.
Do I have to publish what they submit?
No. Every submission lands in your queue as New. Approve it, archive it, or edit the text first. Nothing goes anywhere without you.
Can I show my testimonials on my own website?
Yes, it's included. Choose which testimonials to make public, copy one short snippet, and paste it into your site. It works with GoHighLevel, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and most other website builders, and it updates itself as you add or remove testimonials.
Does showing testimonials on my website use credits?
No. Credits are only used when a customer's answers become an AI-drafted testimonial. Showing testimonials on your website doesn't use any, and it keeps working even after your credits run out.
How many website embeds do I get?
Up to three, each showing up to five testimonials. You can choose which of your offerings each one draws from, so your coaching page and your workshop page can each tell their own story.
Can I reuse the same link with more than one customer?
Yes. Each offering's link is permanent and reusable. Send it to as many customers as you want, whenever you want.
What counts as using a credit?
One credit each time a customer's answers turn into an AI-drafted testimonial, whether or not they end up submitting it. Buy whichever package fits how many you expect to collect.
Do credits expire?
No. Buy a package whenever you want and use it at your own pace. There's no monthly reset and nothing to lose by not using them right away.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your public link pauses new testimonials until you buy another package. Anything you've already collected stays exactly as it is, and nothing is ever removed.

Why social proof matters
People want to know what happened for someone else before they decide to buy.
Greater purchase likelihood when a product had 5 reviews vs. no reviews.
Increase in conversion for higher-priced products when reviews were displayed.
Northwestern researchers found that the first few reviews often create the biggest lift in conversion.
The takeaway: You don't need hundreds of testimonials.
You need credible customer experiences that help the next person feel more confident saying yes.
Testimonial Generator helps you collect them.
