How much do I earn, exactly?
Two levels. For people you refer directly (Level 1) you earn 40% of what they pay in their first year, then 10% for as long as they stay subscribed. For people your own referral partners bring in (Level 2) you earn 10% in year one, then 5% for as long as they stay. Commission is calculated on subscription payments actually collected.
What is Level 2?
When someone you bring in becomes a referral partner too, you earn a second-level share of the Chat Navigator subscriptions they refer. You don't have to recruit anyone to earn Level 1, but it adds up if you do.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts run every month once your earned balance reaches $100. Under that, it carries forward to the next month. Payouts go to the PayPal email you give on the signup form.
When does a referral count?
You earn on the payments a person you referred makes as a paying Chat Navigator subscriber. They get a 5-day free trial first, and you earn once they start paying and on every payment after that for as long as they stay.
How long does my link last, and who gets credit?
When someone clicks your referral link, it's remembered for 180 days (about 6 months). If they sign up for Chat Navigator within that time, you get the credit. If they click another partner's link before they sign up, the most recent link they clicked gets the credit. And if more than 180 days pass with no new click, the person is no longer tied to you. Because the link is remembered in the person's browser, they need to sign up on the same device and browser they clicked from.
Do I have to tell people it's a referral link?
Yes. Tell people when you earn from a link you share. It's required in the U.S. (FTC), and people respond well to the honesty.
